Shipping

Shipment on all orders is free of charge.

All items from our online shop are shipped with Danish Royal Mail (track and trace) or FedEx. Each item is placed in an individual display box and packaged in a padded envelope. We ship to all countries that use Danish Royal Mail or FedEx.

We will send a confirmation email that needs your approval, prior to shipping.

Once your order is complete and has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number for your convenience.

Delivery

Most of our jewellery is handcrafted to order. Due to this the delivery time may vary and is specified within the product information of each item.

Prior to production and shipping No.10 Edith Hegedüs will email the customer to confirm the item specifications, terms of the order and expected delivery date. Should you not wish to continue with your order at this time, it will be cancelled at no expense to you.

Should you need a piece of jewellery by a specific date, please do not hesitate to contact us before ordering and we will do our utmost to fulfill your wishes.

Should an item be in stock, the delivery time will be approximately 4-8 days.

Returning Items

If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase you may exchange your item or request a refund.

Refunds and exchanges are subject to the safe return of the jewellery in an undamaged and unused condition, within 14 days of delivery. Please note that return shipping is your responsibility and returns must be sent with track and trace at your expense.

 

Items made to order

For items made to order, we reserve the right to deduct certain expenses in case of a return or exchange. All details concerning your order are clarified in a confirmation email that must meet your approval prior to production of your order.

Refunds and exchanges are subject to the safe return of the jewellery in an undamaged and unused condition, within 14 days of delivery. Please note that return shipping is your responsibility and returns must be sent with track and trace at your expense.

Please notify No.10 Edith Hegedüs by email before returning any item for any reason. No.10 Edith Hegedüs is not responsible for returns that are damaged in transit.

Damaged or faulty items

In the unfortunate event that your order arrives damaged or is suspected to be faulty, we will be happy to offer a replacement at soon as possible.

Please contact us within 14 days of delivery to make further arrangements. It may be necessary to provide photographs of the damaged/faulty item. We will start production of a replacement as soon as the damaged/faulty item has been received.

In case of damaged or faulty items we will of course pay the return shipping.

No.10 Edith Hegedüs can not be held accountable for any damage due to any improper use of the jewellery. Any dispute or claim will be governed by Danish law.
